Terms of Use

1. About SportCamp

SportCamp is a platform for finding sports coaches and training partners. Today we mostly provide tools for people to find each other, and for coaches we offer a paid Coach Pro subscription (section 7). In future we may add booking and other features.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information when you register.

3. Rules of use

You may not:

• Post offensive, harmful or discriminatory content.
• Post spam, advertising or promotions without our consent.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Harass, threaten or endanger other users.

We may block or delete your account without notice if you breach these Terms.

4. User content

• You may upload photos and other content in line with our rules.
• You are fully responsible for your content.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating the Services.
• If you are registered as a coach, your profile may be shown publicly on sportcamp.app — name, photo, sports, area of the city, session price, rating and an excerpt of your description — and may be indexed by search engines.

You can turn the public profile off at any time in the app: Settings → «Hide profile from the website». The page and photos then stop opening and the profile is removed from the site map (search engines need time to update their own index). This does not affect your visibility inside the app — athletes will still find you in search and can still book sessions.

5. Disclaimer and safety

• We do not verify the identity, background or qualifications of users.
• You are responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline.
• SportCamp is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from contacts made through the platform.
• Always meet in public places and take sensible safety precautions.

6. Privacy and data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The mobile app may collect location and preferences to improve matching.

7. Coach Pro subscription

Basic use of SportCamp is free. For coaches we also offer a paid Coach Pro subscription. It can only be purchased inside the mobile app.

Free plan

The free plan has limits — in particular on the number of clients in the Clients section and on the number of first messages to new athletes per day and per month. These limits are part of the Services, not a guarantee: we may change them, introduce new ones or remove existing ones. We will announce significant changes in line with the «Changes to these Terms» section.

What Coach Pro includes

Coach Pro unlocks priority placement in the default search results, an unlimited number of first messages to new athletes, an unlimited number of clients, and full access to the week planner. The set of features may change.

Priority placement applies only to the default search ordering and does not apply when an athlete deliberately chooses a different sort. Coach Pro does not guarantee any particular position in search results, number of views, enquiries, clients, bookings or any income.

Payment and automatic renewal

Coach Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, not by SportCamp. Your Apple or Google account is charged at confirmation of purchase and then at the start of each new period, until you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We have no technical ability to cancel your subscription or refund you on your behalf — that is done by the store you bought it from, under that store’s rules. After cancellation, Coach Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where the law of your country grants a right to withdraw from the contract within a certain period, that right applies. By starting to use Coach Pro immediately after payment, you agree to the digital service being supplied straight away.

Prices

The current price is shown in the app before purchase and depends on your store’s country. We may change prices; for existing subscriptions, changes apply under the rules of the relevant store, which will ask for your consent separately where its rules require it.

Promotional access and blocking

We may grant temporary free access to Coach Pro — for example when the feature launches, or to members who used the Services earlier. Such access is promotional, limited in time, and ends without separate notice.

If we block or delete an account for breach of these Terms, no money is refunded for the unused period, except where the law requires otherwise. A refund request in that case is made to the App Store or Google Play.

8. Changes to the Services

We may change or remove features at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced through the website, the app or email (with your consent).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless local law requires otherwise.
