1. What information we collect

a. Personal data

• Contact information: your name and email address when you join the waiting list or create an account.
• Profile data: sports preferences, level, description and photos you upload.
• Communications: messages sent through the contact form, in-app chat or email.

b. Usage and technical information

• Log files: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring pages, and the date and time of visits.
• Cookies and other tracking technologies: session and analytics cookies used to analyse and improve the Services.
• Data from app permissions: with your consent, we may collect location to match you with partners or coaches.

2. How we use your information

We may use data to:

• Provide, support and improve the Services.
• Find and match sports partners or coaches.
• Send updates, beta invitations and news.
• Respond to your requests and feedback.
• Share safety guidance and community rules.
• Send marketing material only with your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Cookies, mobile data and third-party analytics

We use cookies and other technologies to:

• Remember your settings (language, filters, preferences).
• Measure how the website and the app perform.
• Support the subscription form and personalise matching.

We may use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, PostHog), which have their own privacy policies.

For website analytics we use PostHog, a product analytics service that processes data on servers in the EU. PostHog determines approximate location (country and city) from the IP address without storing the IP address itself, and collects information about the device and browser, pages visited, and interactions with page elements (for example, clicks). 4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers: trusted partners who provide hosting, analytics, email delivery and chat.
• Legal compliance: where required by law or to protect our rights.
• A change of business ownership: in a sale, merger or reorganisation, data may be transferred with the same protections.

Public coach profile

If you are registered as a coach, part of your profile data — name, photo, sports, area of the city, session price, rating and an excerpt of your description — may be shown publicly on sportcamp.app, visible to anyone without registration, and indexed by search engines. We never publish your phone number, email address, date of birth or precise coordinates there.

You can turn public display off at any time in the app: Settings → «Hide profile from the website». The page and photos then stop opening and the profile is removed from the site map; search engines need time to update their own index. This does not affect your visibility inside the app — athletes will still find you in search.

5. Data protection

We use SSL encryption, access controls and secure hosting. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is 100% secure — please use strong passwords.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages.

7. Children’s privacy

SportCamp’s Services are not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected a minor’s data, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be published with an updated date and, where you have consented, sent to you by email.
